Customer behaviour patterns can be mined

customerIDENT measures and analyses the customer’s behaviour at point of sale and supports stationary retailers to individually maximize their selling-activities. The tool measures behaviour before the purchase. By combining this information with the purchase information, behaviour patterns can be defined.
As a direct response to the customer’s journey, the retailer will be enabled to leverage its sales, reduce costs and optimize its advertising-mix. From a strategic point of view, customerIDENT enables stationary retailers to grow again in order to combat strong e-commerce trend which threatens retail turnover.
