India is a fast growing middle class income country with higher penetration of growth seen in Major Tier 1, 2 cities. Despite everything people may have, they are lacking houseplants. There is very little competition for retail sales of plants for homes and gardens. We aspire to provide as many as 3000 varieties of live / exotic plants in our online boutique.

 

We identified three pain points from consumer perspective:
1) availability of wide variety of plants
2) Access the plants within their locality
3) lack of support in plant care / grooming.

 

We converted these pain points into our customer value proposition (CVP) 1. Accessibility of plants at ease 2) Portfolio of wider variety of native & exotic plants 3) Serviceability: Provide state of the art technology to shop online 4) Commitment : Provide life time offline support for consumer related to plant care.
