The Company sells a fully integrated portfolio of contact center technology solutions including ACD, IVR, CTI, unified messaging, email response management, voice mail, Web chat, collaborative browsing, outbound dialing, CRM integrations, knowledgebase self-service, workforce management, and customized reporting. The Company designs, installs, operates and maintains IT and telephony infrastructures for call/contact centers and help/service desks using a premise based, hosted, or outsourced model. In addition to providing the telephony infrastructure for the contact center or help desk, The Company provides the personnel to operate contact centers and help desks.
